Passion Vegan Whipped Cream


Wonderfully amazing whipped cream!  This is a flavored version using Tazo Passion Tea.  the longer it’s in the cream the ore flavorful it is.  Use it on everything!🙌🙌🙌


1 Can Coconut Cream – melted
1/4 c Copra coconut meat – chopped
2 T Cashew Butter
1/4c Lakanto – _can be 1/8 c classic Lakanto and 1/8 c powdered Lakanto_
1/4 c coconut oil – melted
1 T powdered lecithin
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag of Tazo Tea – Passion (or other fruity tea)
Pinch of Himalayan salt


_You can melt the fats (coconut cream, coconut oil and defrost coconut meat) in a large bowl of hot water before you begin)_

Add all the ingredients except coconut oil and lecithin to a high speed blender and mix for about 1 minute to fully blend and incorporate all the ingredients. Add coconut oil and lecithin and blend to incorporate. (Don’t over blend the coconut oil). After blending, either pour into a bowl or an extra large pasty bag. Put into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, I make it the night before and have it firm up overnight)

If the whip is too thick you can let it sit out for about 15 minutes to let it soften before using. Keep in fridge when not using.
