Passion Coconut Whipped Cream. Perfect addition to any dessert!

I’ve updated the name of this whipped cream because it does not taste like coconut 😀.  It is so good, creamy dreamy deliciousness!  This flavored vegan whipped cream is so good.  The TAZO Passion tea with hibiscus, orange peel, rose hips and passion fruit flavors adds wonderful flavor to the whipped cream.  You can use other fruity teas instead.  There are a number of great hibiscus teas on the market with their own blend.

Whipped Cream is great addition to a fruit dessert!

‘Coconut meat adds not only nutrients and it also thickens the cream.  I absolutely love whipped cream and have worked on recipes for a while.  I have never done well with the recipes where you put the coconut milk in the fridge then scoop out the chilled fat.  I could never get it to whip.  I now have a few base recipes that work and I make them every week.  They are not even dairy-free but sugar free as well and tastes amazing!

Oh yes! Chocolate and Whipped Cream!

Passion Vegan Whipped Cream

Description

Wonderfully amazing whipped cream!  This is a flavored version using Tazo Passion Tea.  the longer it’s in the cream the ore flavorful it is.  Use it on everything!🙌🙌🙌

Ingredients

1 Can Coconut Cream – melted
1/4 c Copra coconut meat – chopped
2 T Cashew Butter
1/4c Lakanto – _can be 1/8 c classic Lakanto and 1/8 c powdered Lakanto_
1/4 c coconut oil – melted
1 T powdered lecithin
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag of Tazo Tea – Passion (or other fruity tea)
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Instructions

_You can melt the fats (coconut cream, coconut oil and defrost coconut meat) in a large bowl of hot water before you begin)_

Add all the ingredients except coconut oil and lecithin to a high speed blender and mix for about 1 minute to fully blend and incorporate all the ingredients. Add coconut oil and lecithin and blend to incorporate. (Don’t over blend the coconut oil). After blending, either pour into a bowl or an extra large pasty bag. Put into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, I make it the night before and have it firm up overnight)

If the whip is too thick you can let it sit out for about 15 minutes to let it soften before using. Keep in fridge when not using.
